Return and exchange policy

At EcoShopped, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns and refunds are managed in accordance with the policies of our third-party suppliers. This means our ability to accept a return is dependent on the supplier’s return policy.

 

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Returns can only be requested within 3 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Non-returnable items

    Typically, items like personalized or custom products, perishable goods, items marked as “final sale,” certain health/personal care items, digital downloads, and gift cards cannot be returned.

     

    The return process

    To start a return, email support@ecoshopped.com with your order number and reason for return. If eligible, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Do not send items to the manufacturer; use the address provided. You are responsible for shipping the item securely, and a trackable service with insurance is recommended as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns.

     

    Return shipping costs

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to a change of mind. We cover shipping only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

     

    Refunds

    Upon receiving a returned item, it will be inspected. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Partial refunds may apply to items not in their original condition, damaged, or with missing parts not due to our error. If a refund is delayed, check your bank and credit card company before contacting us.

     

    Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

    If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@ecoshopped.com with details and photos. We will work with the supplier for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

     

    Exchanges

    We only exchange defective or damaged items. For other exchanges, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

     

    Lost or damaged returns

    We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit, so a tracked and insured service is advised.
